Dennis Liu, Director
Dennis Liu was most recently Director of Technology Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets where he participated in the financing of technology companies in the enterprise software, Internet infrastructure and new media sectors through public and private equity transactions. He was also responsible for advising companies' senior management, identifying potential acquisition and buyer candidates for investment banking clients, managing initial and follow-on public offerings, advising on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, and managing private equity financings. 

Dennis is a graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School , where he served on Law Review. He is admitted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts , the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Federal Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
